Dr. Nutley sent me here to be measured for compression stockings directly from the hospital. I got there at 9 am when they open, multiple staff members are available. And zero customers in the store. I asked to get measured for compression stockings and showed them my prescription. The staff member was quite rude and said I would need to book an appointment to be measured. I asked if I could be measured like today this morning because I live 45 minutes away from this location. The staff member simply said no you have to make an appointment to be measured. No one was in the store and there are three staff members working that I could see. And no one was available to measure my calf muscle… I see this is very poor customer service and I will NEVER return to this store obviously because it’s 45 minutes away from where I live.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that did a great job in explaining things and renting out what I needed. Prices are really good for renting their equipment and money back if you return early. Highly recommended.
