Prices in CAD, illustrative as of 2026, for the machine alone. Masks, a humidifier, hoses, and filters add to the total, and many provinces and insurers cover part of the cost with a prescription.

  I've been dealing with sleep apnea for over 20 years and have worked with several different clinics over that time. Without question, CPAP Pros has provided the best experience I've ever had. Allan, Mary, and the entire team were fantastic to work with. They guided me through the entire process, were incredibly accommodating, easy to deal with, and always professional. They took the time to answer my questions, helped me navigate the insurance process, and made everything as simple and stress-free as possible. It's rare to find a company that combines great customer service with genuine care for their clients, but that's exactly what I experienced with CPAP Pros.   My experience has been ongoing for several months and has been marked by poor customer service, a complete lack of follow-up, and extremely poor communication. Phone calls and emails regularly went unanswered, and promised follow-ups simply never happened. I was specifically told someone would follow up with me on June 1st, and I am still waiting to hear from them. I do not recommend going here.

They’ve made my CPAP journey so much easier and more comfortable by providing consistent guidance and being incredibly responsive. Their follow ups and tweaks they have made remotely have really enriched my experience with my Capp machine. Their dedication and care have given me complete confidence in my therapy.
