Great experience with North West CPAP. Jay was extremely professional, polite, and clear in his explanations. He made the whole process easy to understand, from the initial analysis to testing and finding the perfect mask. My sleep quality has improved significantly. Highly recommend this clinic and Jay specifically for their professional and personal approach.

Jay is outstanding. He knows this CPap machine very well. And teaches us how to use it properly as well as its maintenance. During our appointments, he explain very well the pros and benefits of the machine to our wellness. Also, he did all the pre approval process to our insurance. He is polite during the consultation.
