Extremely disappointed No customer service… took days - not hours- to return my calls My fathers medical alert pendant was not working for at least 4 days - broken- company sent a replacement via land mail which took over a week No explanation why the would not send it overnight They expect us to pay for return of broken unit as well as pay for the two weeks of no medical alert coverage. This is not a safe or reliable company.
