I genuinely feel that 5+ stars are warranted here, without even being asked to write one. I first went to the store when I couldn't afford a vacuum, out of curiosity, and as I toured what was for sale, I realized how every vacuum I've ever bought prior was a mistake. I resolved to throw away my maintenance-prone Dyson upright when I had the money, and came a year later when I could afford the perfect vacuum. I honestly couldn't be happier about my new Miele. It can fit in every nook and cranny; it has different modalities for different zones in my house (carpet, stairs, hardwood), and serves as a fascinator for my very precocious and curious one year old, enhancing my sanity even more than a regular clean ever could. Thanks you guys!

Hello did some research and wanted a cannister vacumn for a smaller house with flooring. Called and then went in. Tarik was very helpful, told him what I could spend. Got the Miele classic c1 pure suction for a great sale price. Best vacumn I have ever had. Great for pet hair also. Thanks for great customer service.
