About

e-zone is an electric vehicle and mobility equipment retailer with two locations in Montreal and Lévis. The shop specializes in electric scooters, electric bicycles, and mobility devices including quadriporteurs and triporteurs suited to older adults with mobility limitations.

Senior Care Path Summary

e-zone carries a range of mobility solutions through its Montreal and Lévis stores. The shop stocks electric quadriporteurs and triporteurs, which offer seniors seated mobility with comfort features such as suspended seating, weather protection, and ease-of-use controls. Models like the Ecolo-Motion series feature automatic braking, comfortable seating, and optional heated grips for cold weather use.

The retailer also offers electric tricycles designed for stability and accessibility, including the Mooncool TK1 folding electric tricycle, which is marketed with emphasis on security, comfort, and accessibility for users of varying abilities. These three-wheeled options provide a safer alternative to two-wheeled bikes for seniors seeking independent transportation.

e-zone does not appear to provide in-home assessments, installation, or aging-in-place consulting. The business is primarily retail sales. Customers are encouraged to visit one of the two physical locations or contact the store for information. Staff speak English and French.

I purchased an emmo zone gts from this store last June. Then the bike was banned in quebec so it sat in my parking spot for a couple of weeks. Went to charge the batteries and it wouldn't. I called the store to get it fixed but due to the ban I gave them a break. They told me they couldn't do anything at that time and told me to call when they get the truck out of storage so they can pick it up. We'll been calling every month since then and now they refuse to change the battery. It was used only for a month then gave them slack due to the ban. Now they refuse to do anything when they asked me to call in April and they would get it fixed, but nothing happened over the next few months. I've been waiting for them to replace the battery but now they refuse. They offered me to pick up a charger from their store but I'm physically disabled and between my job and home I don't have time to take busses all over montreal to get there. 5000$ I spent at thar store, they refuse to replace it. Waiste of money will never go back to this store.

This repair shop has some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They sold me batteries for my bike and was super friendly in person. Super fast and prompt responses via email; they have been super helpful in getting my bike fixed. I highly recommend anyone to this repair shop. As you can see from the photo I am attaching, their customer support answers back to you within minutes of sending your email! The fact that I do not speak French sometimes makes it a bit difficult to communicate with them via the phone, but they have made efforts to accommodate me for my language barrier. It makes it such a better experience knowing you don’t have to wait days on end for responses. Thank you guys!!!
