Eco Medical Winnipeg completed an "inspection" of a Toyota Sienna wheelchair van that I was purchasing. Quotations marks around "inspection" as what they reported on the ramp motor was substantially different from a subsequent inspection at the Eco Medical in Edmonton. For this specific "inspection", the technician may not have had the experience and/or the right skills to professionally diagnose the issue (which was a very basic) and gave an incomplete assessment. Did not appropriately respond when presented with the concern. Two stars as they did catch a separate issue. Low trust and confidence.

This place has outstanding service. I went in to inquire about my spouses hand controls that were having issues (not installed at Eco). Natalie was lovely and she said Billy could help me on the Friday when that day worked for us. I dropped the car off and was going to Uber to work. Mike volunteered to drive me to work. Paul keep us in the loop the entire time and they resolved our issues promptly. Super great job and classy group of people with amazing service! We will be back and will spread the word to our Sledge Hockey Community if they need any assistance inthe future.
