I’ve had such a great experience at Novo Optical when I walked in the team made me feel so welcome and taken care of. The optometrist was incredibly thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything in simplistic ways.They have a fantastic selection of frames, and the staff helped me find a pair that really suits me without any pressure. they truly care about both your vision and how you feel in your glasses. Everything from the eye exam to the fitting was smooth and professional. It’s rare to find a place that combines expertise with such a friendly, relaxed space .Highly recommend Novo Optical if you’re looking for quality care and a team that goes above and beyond. I had the most amazing experience at Novo Optical! I was taken care of through the whole process, and everything was explained professionally. Azra and her team made me feel confident and beautiful in the frames we ended up selecting for my face shape. I am absolutely obsessed with my glasses and sunnies and look forward to wearing them every day!

The staff were warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—they took the time to actually listen to my concerns instead of rushing me through the process. I never felt pressured, only supported. The selection of frames was amazing, and they helped me find a pair that not only fits comfortably but truly feels like me. You can tell they care about quality and about people, not just sales.
