Love FYI. Bailed me out a couple times. Thought my spectacles were toast. Fixed them up outside of the warranty. Gave me a new case. I've gone to FYI since coming to Alberta. Do not fall asleep with your glasses on.

We have been loyal customers of this FYidoctors location for over 15 years and have referred many family and friends there over the years. We were very disappointed to learn that, according to FYidoctors company policy, there are no discounts available when simply updating lenses in existing frames. What made this especially frustrating was learning that discounts can still be offered through affiliations with certain providers such (i.e.Sun Life) while long-term customer loyalty does not appear to carry any value as far as discounts. It left us questioning the incentive to remain loyal customers moving forward. We actually took our business elsewhere and got amazing lenses for more than half Fyi’s quoted price.

Amazing experience with Dr. Chan at this location! Been avoiding checking on my vision for some time, despite being tied to a desk/computer work field, and he was knowledgeable, attentive and detailed in his assessment. He took his time explaining what’s going on, what will help me with focus and eye strain and generally made me feel comfortable, relaxed and less anxious, despite initially being hesitant to get eye sight checked out. Genuinely also a funny, friendly and professional guy!
