Went there today, just before closing because a nose piece came off my partners’ glasses. He had another pair, he wanted to switch lenses with, but even though, they were the same company frames, the lenses were different different sizes. So, Dorothy? I believe her name was, replaced both nose pieces on the original frame for no fee. Great service and very polite.

Dr Mandal and her team are extremely amazing. Alex at the desk is always pleasant and willing to help. Doreen helped me pick out some glasses and was very patient with me throughout the whole process. Tara was also so helpful and made sure my glasses fit when I picked them up!

I just visited FYi Doctors and honestly had a really good experience. The staff were super friendly from the moment I walked in and made everything feel comfortable and easy. The eye exam didn’t feel rushed at all. The optometrist actually explained what was going on with my eyes in a way that made sense, which I really appreciated. It felt thorough and professional. They also helped me pick frames for my sunglasses without being pushy, which is rare. Overall, the whole visit felt smooth and well organized. Definitely glad I chose this place.
