I had my eyes tested here late last year and received a prescription. Recently at an eye appointment at the hospital they showed me that my prescription was wrong, quite significantly. I emailed you 3 weeks ago to discuss this. I didn’t hear from you and followed up a week later. I still haven’t heard from you. What is your course of action in this situation? I was under the impression I was paying for an accurate prescription.

Best optique you can go for eye exams and new glasses. They do everything in the same place and everyone is kind and helpful. I’ve recommended it to some friends already and my family only goes there now.
