Great experience from booking the appointment to the actual exam that went smoothly. Very simple and clear. Super nice and friendly staff and a lot of great options to choose from (special thanks to Andrea and Amanda for helping me choose my pair 🙂↕️). The place was clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend!

I’d like to share my experience at Queen Optique. I brought my daughter in for her first eye exam, and their optometrist was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, patient, and wonderful with my toddler, which made the whole experience very comfortable for both of us. To my surprise, my daughter needed glasses, so we chose her first pair there. The opticians were incredibly kind and guided me through every step of the process. They made sure we selected the perfect pair with the best fit for her. We also had a follow up appointment a few weeks later to ensure she was seeing well with her glasses, which I really appreciated. As a parent going through this for the first time, I truly felt cared for and supported throughout the entire experience. About a year later, I purchased a second pair of glasses elsewhere and ran into some issues. I went back to Queen Optique, and once again, their team went above and beyond. The opticians and optometrist took the time to address all my concerns and made sure I left completely satisfied and reassured about my daughter's vision. I want to sincerely thank the entire team, including the owners and their optometrist, for their professionalism and genuine care. I highly recommend this optical store to anyone looking to get a new pair of glasses, especially for children.

Excellent selection, service and honest opinions. Amazing for kids and someone looking for either regular glasses, fashion-forward or fun and unique glasses. Offers a mix of high and low end. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and make everyone feel special. It's really a one of a kind store that's worth the drive if you're not nearby!! 10/10
