Incredible to meet a man who meets you at the door as you enter, greets you and asks what he can do for you. He's sincere and honest. Someone who has earned my respect and that's not easy. He had what I wanted and sold it to me at an honest price, he knew I was from out of town and needed it to get back on the road. He didn't try to get the most profit, but he gave me the best price he could. Cheaper than Amazon and no waiting. Then he looked over my bike, seeing the need it was in the way it was basically unsafe to continue as transportation. We talked and I did the math in my head as he made me an offer. He agreed to not just repair, but to do everything the bike needed as well as everything I wanted to make sure that I was ready for another chapter in my life. He did this for the same price as it would cost me to do it myself. To say thank you isn't enough. To tell everyone that I respect and appreciate him for being the kind of man that leads by example. He's truly a business man who takes care of the customers and his staff like family. Cheers you are a tribute to a great Canadian businessman who I am privileged to have met!
