Dr Ambrosio is by far the best optometrist I have ever had! He has the patience of a saint, very thorough, explains everything so I understand. He treats you like you’re the only patient he has. I really lucked out with him! The staff are great! Always there to give you a hand picking out glasses, or whatever else you may need. I hope the owner realizes just how lucky they are to have these amazing employees. I can’t say enough good things about them!

They care about you before the sale. They don't care about you after the sale. No follow up, did not bother to call or offer to make sure the glasses fit ok. If you want just spend about $900 to get a pair of glasses with 0 customer service, this is your place to go. If you want any presence of customer service after sale- go somewhere else.

Dr. Ambrosio and his team are the BEST. Our family has had multiple issues over the last year, and the level of expertise here is impressive, and their customer service is second to none. They always take the time time, however long it takes, to find the right lenses and the right frames so that we are happy with the choice. Dr. Ambrosio always answers my questions thoroughly so that I understand what is happening with my vision and why (very important to me). Just this week my husband, who wears progressives, was in a car accident and will have to wait a week or more for the lab to create his lenses. Dr. Ambrosio found a solution so that we could put at least distance lenses in my husband's new frames, so that he wouldn't have to struggle with everything being blurry for that period. So grateful for that kind of thoughtfulness and service.
