We returned from vacation on Dec. 29 to a no water emergency at home. Although their office was closed for Christmas break, Indoor Hygenics went the extra mile in solving our predicament by having their repair representative come all the way out to Burlington the next day. Thanks Shane and Dave - your help was much appreciated!

Indoor Hygenics Inc. upgraded our aging softener, which was causing buildup on faucets, our fish tank, and in the shower. We installed their high-capacity softener with a chlorine filter, plus an 6-stage reverse osmosis under sink system (also connected to our fridge). Installation was professional, and the results are amazing: the water tastes great, our appliances are protected, tea looks and tastes better, and there’s no more build up on the kettle. Highly recommend.

Had been having respiratory issues due to environmental allergies which have been getting worse. Knew I had to do something but didn't know what to do. Got a promotional card in the mail for air and water testing. Wasn't going to call but I am sure glad I did. The promotion was for air and water testing. An air and water specialist named Shawn came to the house and did air quality testing. He was extremely good at explaining the test results and presented solutions in language that was easy to understand. He listened to my concerns and provided additional information so I could make an informed decision. What I really liked was he was not pushy or impatient. He brought the purification system into the house and started it. While we talked I could feel the heaviness in my chest lifting and the air smelt fresher. The system has been in the house for 3 days and we have been sleeping much better and not waking up coughing. Thank you Shawn for your outstanding personality and professionalism in ensuring customer satisfaction. You have provided another avenue for my journey of healthy living. Peggy
