Had an excellent experience with Joshua Odumosu, who explained the Water Softener, Water Purifier, Guardian Air Home, and Pure & Clean systems in a very clear and detailed way. He took the time to break everything down so it was easy to understand, showed deep knowledge of the technology, and answered every question patiently without rushing. I really appreciated how transparent he was about installation, warranty, and long‑term maintenance. The installation was completed exactly as agreed — punctual, professional, and seamless. Bailey, the technician, did a great job and took the time to explain how the airflow works after connecting the system to my ductwork. Overall, it was a smooth, informative, and highly professional experience from start to finish. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend their products and services!
