We had a great experience with the InspiAIR Newmarket branch. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain all the details about the CPAP machine, mask options, sizing, accessories, pricing, and insurance requirements, and they answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. We really appreciated how thorough and supportive they were, especially since this was our first time dealing with CPAP equipment. Their professionalism and genuine care made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. Highly recommended!

Just picked up my first CPAP machine at InspiAIR Newmarket and I had an excellent experience with Wendy Clayton. Wendy is extremely knowledgeable on CPAP therapy and explained everything to me very clearly, not to mention she also accommodated my busy schedule. Highly recommend this location for your CPAP needs!

I discovered InspiAIR through a referral and I'm very happy to have done so. Wendy was extremely helpful and thorough in going over my new machine and explaining all the options and features. Excellent customer service along with quality products is the key to any business, and they definitely have that. Would highly recommend.
