I was so nervous about getting my first CPAP and let me tell you, Jay was amazing. From my first phone call to him, he was so personable, funny and you could clearly tell passionate about his company. I know it can seem daunting to start something new especially for your health, but I am really looking forward to this journey and being on my way to feeling better. Jay thoroughly explained everything to me the next day when I went in to pick up my machine. He was so helpful. I mentioned I do get anxiety and having something foreign blowing air in my nose was quite frightening to me. He helped me relax, reassured me that he’s going to help me through this and he did! We did a few breathing exercises and I felt so much better about the whole ordeal. I cannot thank him enough. Literally felt like I was hanging out with my bud; that’s how comfortable he made me feel. Don’t go anywhere else; trust me; I called everywhere and this place is by far the best even with general pricing; they are the lowest yet their mission to treat everyone with dignity and respect goes a long way and he truly does take a lot into consideration about every individual. Thanks again Jay! Maybe I’ll pop in just for a coffee!

I had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about all of their CPAP machines, masks, and tubing. They made the process easy. They had my new machine configured and mask perfectly fitted in no time. Highly recommended!
