This clinic deserves better visibility and recommendation than it gets online. After getting prescribed CPAP therapy i spent some time looking for CPAP vendors in Niagara and found most vendors had shady practices, hidden charges with this clinic being one exception. From the moment I gave them my first call they were very welcoming, the front desk greeted me politely and helped me book a next day appointment within 10 minutes. I was assisted by Sarah at the clinic for my initial consult and mask fitting and I couldn’t have been helped by anyone more thoroughly. Everything was explained in detail, the machine was set up to match my comfort and I ended up getting a Resmed Autoset 11 paired with a AirFit F20 mask from them. They also took care of the ADP paperwork and made the process painless. Would highly recommend !

From the moment I walked through ProResp’s door, I felt comfortable and at ease. Cathy, my RT, made getting fitted with a CPAP machine incredibly simple and stress-free. Her patience, clear explanations, and genuine care turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into something smooth and reassuring. The front office Manager, Shelly’s organized and supportive approach made everything—from paperwork to follow-up—feel effortless. Together, this dynamic duo delivered the kind of excellent, friendly service that’s hard to find in businesses today. Bravo, ProResp!

I called this ProResp location in Niagara and was told we could come in and refill our stroller tanks ourselves. When we arrived, we asked for gloves and a scale, neither of which they had, but that wasn’t an issue since I had my own gloves. However, when I came back in ready to refill the tanks, the staff refused to let us proceed. They didn’t outright say why, but it was clear they didn’t feel confident supervising the process due to their own lack of experience or training. I can understand that hesitation, but as a primary caregiver who’s been trained to use all of ProResp’s equipment, being told to wait for someone else, after being told over the phone we could do it ourselves, felt contradictory and dismissive of both my experience and time. The manager was somewhat helpful in the end, but mostly because she saw the situation escalating and realized we were about to argue with staff over the sudden change. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with how we were treated and spoken to. The staff’s approach lacked clarity, professionalism, and basic respect for caregivers who rely on this equipment daily.
