Wendy assisted with compression stockings, she was extremely professional and quick to do measurements, then brought several different options of colors and patterns for me to choose. And Kenton will pay parking! Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I purchased a knee brace and was told it could be returned if it was in returnable condition. However, when I went back, the manager refused the return because the box was slightly damaged while the worker damaged it while opening this condition. And it was never clearly explained at the time of purchase nor written on receipt. What made the situation worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of handling the matter professionally, she was quite rude , aggressive and shouted on me to leave the store. While I understand stores have policies, clear communication and respectful behavior are very important. I would recommend that customers ask for written return policies before purchasing, as the verbal explanation I received was incomplete. At the time of purchase. Very disappointing experience.
