After some miscommunication due to technical reasons, an excellent amicable solution was found to lower the headboard!!! "Purchased a bed, but the headboard is a safety hazard (too tall, requires standing on the mattress). Manager and President have ignored my emails for 3 weeks. Extremely disappointed in the lack of safety support."

The customer service was excellent at the Mississauga, ON showroom. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and very patient as we tried out several beds. So happy with the purchase: split-king size Kingsdown bed. Can't wait to start using it!

We have had a wonderful experience dealing with Matt L. in Mississauga ON. Our split queen fully adjustable bed has made it possible for both of us to sleep much more comfortably. The alpine pure cotton adjustable sheets actually stay on the mattress no matter how many times the bed is adjusted. The fabric is soft & has a nice sheen to it & the pockets on each side of the mattress are a nice addition for holding the remotes or your glasses. Thank you Matt L for all of your help.
