This is actually the worst pharmacy in the city. They don’t care about patient wellbeing at all. Today I called at 1:35 to refill a prescription and was told it would be ready today. I called back at 1:42 to confirm it would be ready if I came at 4:30pm to pick it up and to ask how much it would be with my new insurance. Then said it was processed, gave me the total and said it would be ready. I showed up at 4:40. The two people working said nothing to me, no hello or how can we help you. Just sat there and stared at me until I said I had a pick up. They looked for it, didn’t find it and then said they didn’t have my medication in stock and needed to order it. When I said I called twice and drove an hour because I moved recently, they magically had my medication in stock. They then began to fill both medications. So they had horrible customer service, lied about having it in stock, had not actually done any work on the prescriptions that I said i was picking up and never apologized or said anything else to me apart from the total. Disgusting behaviour. Should be ashamed.

There is very good personal service at Marchese. Pharmacist Faisal is patient, and so informative. They have become an important part of my healthcare. So happy to have them close by.
