The pharmacists seem helpful but the phone staff need help. I live an hour outside of the city and they are quite willing to courier my meds out but their location is in the middle of the city. Every time I try and call to discuss anything the person that answers the call does not seem able to help me. When I get forwarded to the next person they have an attitude that I am causing problems. They are in a terrible location to go by and drop off prescriptions as I drive a full-size then with a side handicap lift. There are no handicap spots within a reasonable distance. If you are a fully able-bodied person this would be a fine pharmacy to use but if you need wheelchair access finding a spot to park with a side ramp vehicle is impossible and their attitude seems to be that that is my fault. For a store that supplies feeding supplies and support supplies for the handicapped that is a poor attitude to have.

I have a little guy that is tube fed. This is the only place that I am allowed to get my feedings upons from. I have tried other drug stores and they all say that I have to use market drugs. I have a full size van with a passenger side hydraulic lift. There is no where within reasonable walking distance to park my van and go to this location. I live an hour outside of the city. They have a monopoly and they do not accommodate very well.

I placed my first order for my daughter’s formula at this pharmacy. I couldn’t find the right papers to show them my contract with FSCD. It was completely my own fault and this year everything is online and nothing is sent in the mail so I couldn’t find the correct documents. I finally found the papers and sent them through email. Roy was so on the ball he immediately emailed me back and set up my order so my daughter wouldn’t go without her food. He noticed that he might not be able to get the order out with a driver tomorrow as it’s very busy. He drives to my house with our order of formula AFTER his shift on his way home. He went so out of his way to make sure my child wasn’t hungry. I don’t even know how to show my appreciation for this kindness. It is so rare nowadays. Thank you so much Market Drugs and Roy. You deserve a 10 star review.
