Late August of this year I purchased a used power chair from Trinity after being told it was older but in great shape with newer batteries. First the frame broke. Next the batteries died. The batteries and wheel bearings had to be replaced to the tune of six hundred dollars plus. Then the chair started leaking grease or oil. I was told it was too much money to repair this on an older used chair. Trinity sent a person out to look at the chair. He was to get back to me with a price for the batteries.During this whole 6 WEEK TIME PERIOD I continuously reached out to Trinity, first for batteries that I was waiting on a price for... no response from Trinity though I called several times. Trinity never got back to me so I went to another company for repairs. When Pam from Trinity did finally get back to me she said the wheelchair didn't need all those repairs?? They could have helped me through all these problems seeing as they had sold me such a 'great power chair'. Instead they totally ignored me to the point I finally demanded my money back. The chair is useless. Still no response. I am a palliative care cancer patient and a senior who used what little money she had to try and stay mobile. I trusted the people from Trinity. They sold me what they said was a power chair in great shape. They didn't stand behind their word. THANK YOU for your response. My sales agreement was with Trinity Home Medical. No where on the sales receipt did it say 'AS IS'. If Trinity had an agreement with a consigner it has nothing to do with me. I purchased it on the word of the man from Trinity that came to my house to do a pickup. That is how i first learned about the power chair they had for sale. I trusted their experience when they said the power chair was in 'great condition'. None of which explains why they didn't follow up with me on the price of batteries to help me get the chair up and running. They just left me hanging.

I love this health care store. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I was so impressed by all the information given to me about the government assistance for seniors. It was more that our doctor had given us. The sales associate spent a lot of time with us, knowing that she didn't have the size of walker we were looking for, and then recommended one of their competitors for better selection if we needed it sooner. It shows great compassion and caring and I appreciate it.
