I rented a hospital grade breast pump from this business for several months. The rental agreement was renewed over email every month and super easy. They have great customer service. There was a small mishap when I bought a pump from them, it was missing a part, the business returned the pump and gave me a discount on a new pump.

WOW! That is the only way to describe the professionalism that was given to me yesterday at the London location! The ladies in there are incredible to say the least, their knowledge on the product they sell is over the top! They took the time to show me how to use my tens machine the proper way and the incredible part is I unfortunately did not purchase it from them. I can honestly say it was worth the 1 hour drive and I will be going back in the future!! Thanks for all you help ladies!

Top-notch customer service. -I placed a shipping order online yesterday. -Realized it would've been a better idea to just go pick up the products. -Went here, bought the same items at wholesale pirce, didn't mention the online order. ~An hour later, I received a call asking if I still wanted the online order since I didn't pay the wholesale price online, plus the cost of shipping. Saved me quite a few dollars (which is definitely needed these days) haha. I wish I caught the woman's name who called me - The fact that they went that extra mile to remember my order AND call (when a lot of other companies wouldn't even question it) is outstanding work ethic! Thanks! We'll be back when it's time to restock! 🫡
