Bought a brand new wheelchair.. took it out for use first time which was about 1 week after purchase and its broken and soesnt work right. Medigas refuses to replace or fix the item and I have not used it yet so it came broken. I would not recommend you purchase here as I think its pretty bad when they refuse to repair or replace a brand.new fully paid wheelchair that arrived defective.

Thank you so much Peter for your calm and perseverance in driving with that big 10 tones truck within such narrow roads and worse driveways were you were unable to come in and had to walked twice with these heavy equipments. Your patience and understanding are noted. You are truly a 💎 as a delivery person and so very friendly.
