The agent who called me back is so set about “procedures” about me needing a clsc for follow up, etc. I said, ok but in the meantime, could you pls send me a quote just so I can speak with my insurance as to the cost. He said no… you need clsc first. Procedures over a patient who needs oxygen? This company deserves the bad reviews it has gotten so far!

I called to buy a new mask and found the experience frustrating. The representative questioned the timing of my last purchase and warned that buying online might void my warranty, which felt like unnecessary pressure. I’m concerned that other customers, especially seniors, might be given similar treatment and pushed toward significantly more expensive options. Despite explaining that I was looking to replace specific parts in the past, I was only offered full mask replacements at over $300 each, while the individual parts are available online for around $118 plus tax. I didn’t feel supported or respected during the interaction, and I wouldn’t recommend their customer service based on this experience. overall i've received a terrible service and i would strongly encourage anyone looking to buy a cpap to explore online before having to deal with Medigas.
