I brought my mother's walker in to Motion without and appointment for a routine maintenance check-up and service if required. Lori or Laurie at reception greeted me professionally and personably offering her assistance. I explained my reason for the visit and she promptly went to the shop to see if a technician would be able to assist. She returned to say that it would be a short wait, but invited me to rest in one of their comfortable "lift assist loungers". After a brief wait I looked toward the shop area and saw that the technician was already putting the walker through its paces and checking the brakes and all connections for security. After a short period he brought the unit our to me explained that he only tightened the back strap and cleaned coiled hair out of the wheels. We shook hands and I thanked him for his service. I asked what I owed for the service. Laurie (or Lori) who first greeted me checked with the technician back in the shop and returned to advise that there would be no charge. That detail is only the cherry on top of a sundae that represents personalized service, care and concern for our elderly that we are caring for, and friendly welcoming business practices. Thank you Motion Robert

Every time we've had any issues with our wheelchair lift Dan has provided reliable, excellent service and got things back up and running again quickly. I wish every service provider we use was as reliable and pleasant to deal with as he is. Thanks Dan!

David from Motion Mobility offered exceptional service. My Mom lives in Castlegar and has waited for months for a repair from a local business. They don't even show up. I chatted with David and was impressed right away. He happened to be going to Castlegar and stopped by to repair my Mom's walker and help her with her power chair. Highly recommend this company. If you are in need of repair or thinking about purchasing equipment, call David @ Motion Mobility.
