  I feel the product might be beneficial to better health, however the company's "attitude"/customer service really stinks! My mother bought 6 hand units over the past 20 yrs. The reason she had to keep buying new hand units is because they would eventually start smelling like they were overheating & one of them would actually give you a "tingle"/small shock & on another one the bottom part became detached from the upper part. But, my mother would keep it on all night while she slept. So when they smelled hot, I would take it away fearing a fire, & she would get a new one to use. Now, this last hand unit is starting to smell hot when used & I figured why not try to get it fixed instead of buying more. I have contacted the company repeatedly over the past 6 months to see if they would repair it & told reasons like, it's not theirs (their name is on the unit) & suggested taking it to an electrician. Then after further contact from me, they asked for a picture, which I sent, & their next excuse was that it's 45 yrs old & they no longer have parts for it. Ahh, how could it be 45 yrs old if the company has only been in business for 40 yrs, & how can they tell it's "45" yrs old from a picture, it looks just like the current model except I put gold colored duck tape around it (the middle metal part, not covering any openings) to make it more comfortable in my hand, & how can they not have parts for it, its exactly like the current model they are selling, AND, I know it to not be true. The bottom line is they just DON'T want to be responsible for any possible defects (they just want you to buy more new) & they lack ANY kind of respectful, courteous, professional customer service. They were rude!

  My wife has MS and since we purchase the Niagara portable equipment it has it has been fantastic for her “Unbelievable” Product.

  Sixteen years ago we purchased two single automatic adjustable beds. We have had no issues with either bed in the 16 years. Seven years ago my wife had herniated discs in her back and required a softer mattress. We contacted Niagarassage on their 1-800 number on our receipt. We explained our situation and need of a softer mattress. We received outstanding service. Their compassion was amazing. Within three days we had our new softer mattresses on our bed. They drove them up right away to our home (5 hours away) and installed them on our bed. WOW what excellent service!!!!. The softer mattress was just what was needed. Now 6 years after getting new mattress one remote (16 yrs. old) stopped working. Again we called the 1-800 number and spoke with Albert. and received yet again excellent service. He was very knowledgeable, very caring and instructed us on how to get the bed down and gave us all the information we need for the new remote. Outstanding service. After 16 years of purchasing our beds, when we call them they have all our information on hand and know exactly what we need. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of any of their many many health pieces of equipment. GREAT PRODUCTS, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND VERY CARING AND COMPASSIONATE PERSONNEL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THE PRODUCTS
