We had a great experience coming into the store. Louis was very helpful and informative. He pointed us to the massage chair that would suit our needs best and within our budget and was able to answer questions in detail. Very impressed by the quality of OSIM products.

We recently purchased the ULove 3 Massage Chair, which I believe is of very high quality in the realm of massage chairs. I would like to extend my special thanks to one of the staff members, Cyrus, who was very responsive to my questions and requests. He was highly professional and knowledgeable about the products in the store. The product comes with a three year warranty under different terms for each year. However, I sincerely hope that OSIM will remain responsive and accountable in the future should anything, even minor, happen to the product.
