OSIM is a global wellness brand with over 46 years of expertise in massage technology, offering full-body massage chairs, upper and lower body massagers to support seniors aging in place. Their products are designed by Japanese chiropractic massage experts and endorsed by the American Chiropractic Association, with features like zero-gravity positioning, lumbar support, deep-tissue techniques, and heat therapy to ease muscle tension and improve circulation.
The company's massage chairs deliver customizable programs targeting neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs, and feet, helping seniors reduce muscle stiffness, manage chronic pain like lower back ache, and improve sleep quality through daily home use. All chairs use advanced kneading, rolling, tapping, and reflexology techniques at consistent precision without physical therapist visits.
OSIM supports Canadian customers with free delivery nationwide, a 14-day return policy, dedicated support for setup and use questions, and a trade-in program for older equipment. Customers report that their entire families, including parents and seniors, use the chairs daily for ongoing wellness.

We had a great experience coming into the store. Louis was very helpful and informative. He pointed us to the massage chair that would suit our needs best and within our budget and was able to answer questions in detail. Very impressed by the quality of OSIM products.

We recently purchased the ULove 3 Massage Chair, which I believe is of very high quality in the realm of massage chairs. I would like to extend my special thanks to one of the staff members, Cyrus, who was very responsive to my questions and requests. He was highly professional and knowledgeable about the products in the store. The product comes with a three year warranty under different terms for each year. However, I sincerely hope that OSIM will remain responsive and accountable in the future should anything, even minor, happen to the product.
