Today I called the Nightingale Medical Supplies store in Vancouver (Kent). I live in Ontario and wanted to get some information about ostomy clothing for my husband. I spoke with Christa and she could not have been more helpful. She was pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, then took the time to check the store's stock to see if she had what I was asking for. I believe that customer service is so important. It is what makes us want to shop at a store again. We are new to the ostomy scene and were so glad to find somewhere in Canada where some of the specialized ostomy clothing is sold. I will be spreading the word to anyone I know here as there seems to be little knowledge of the availability of these items. Elizabeth Montgomery
