Fantastic shop! Eileen, the optician who helped me, is so knowledgeable and very friendly. Fixed my glasses that I got somewhere else and refused to charge me anything. I asked her advice while I was there and she took time to answer my questions even though I wasn't buying anything. This kind of service is so rare these days. Will be back and I definitely recommend!

I had broken the arms of my glasses by laying on top of them and the store I got them from said they weren’t able to fix it. I came across this store and sent them an email with pictures to see if it was doable. They responded promptly and told me to come in anytime! I came in the next day and had them fixed in 10 mins! The staff there are super friendly and welcoming. The customer service I experienced here is so rare now adays that this will be my new place to go from now on! Thank you so much!

I walked in to this store to just quickly replace the nose piece on my glasses, it was bright and very welcoming. The man which I’m not sure if he was the owner, had his dog there who was so super cute and friendly and loving and he was very respectful to make sure I was ok with dogs before letting her say hello. The woman behind the desk fixed my glasses with no questions asked, cleaned them up and didn’t even charge me. I will be back to purchase my next set of glasses here. They have a great selection!
