Got sucked into the "Comprehensive Care Package" for $250, with promises that this was a personalized package and I will be getting support and email reminders on when to replenish. Support so far has generally been unpleasant (you do get replies, just no expounding / explanation - brief answers, could be just Bill's personality), and the reminders to replace the supply has been non existent. Feels like I got conned and I should've done more research (my mistake) - but this was literally next to my doctor's office so I chose this place. Even when I first came in Bill wasn't the most pleasant to deal with but I stuck with it (should've been my first flag to deal with another CPap Provider).

For all your CPAP needs, there’s no better place than going to Ontario Sleep Care. Crystal helped me purchase a new machine and she’s extremely knowledgable about all the products and spent a lot of time teaching me how to use everything. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I visited the center and it was clean,friendly environment, and welcoming. Bill is very knowledgeable, attentive, informative, and professional Clinician. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a sleep apnea problem.
