This review is for Joyce the CPAP specialist. Over the past few weeks, she has answered all my emails and returned my phone calls very swiftly. I find it is rare these days to find such prompt and kind customer service. I had many questions as this was my first time getting a cpap machine through subsidy, so the process was entirely new to me. Joyce walked me every step of the way and kept me well informed. I am happy to have her as my cpap specialist, and hope she continues working at Wellwise going forward for all my future needs.
