    Really nice service. Diljeet is very patient and polite . They take care of patient specially whenever we book ride with them.

    I’m absolutely disgusted with the service provided by this company. I’ve been waiting over 5 hours for a transport and they’ve been giving us the run around. Finally I called around 7:15 PM and the call was picked up by Jasmine. When I asked her for the ETA, she advised me that it would be 20 min. So I waited but still no one showed up to the hospital to assist with the transport for my family member. From the get-go, Jasmine was VERY rude and SO arrogant. Not ONCE did she even apologize on behalf of the company. Jasmine is an absolute disgrace to your company - I’m not sure why or how you could have such an incompetent employee like Jasmine working for you. When I called back after she told me 20 minutes, she started telling me that she can’t provide me an ETA and when I got frustrated she wanted to give me the number to her supervisor. She then told me she can’t give me the number to the supervisor and then went on to tell me that the ETA was now 15 minutes (basically trying to get me off the phone). Jasmine is a disgrace to your company and I will be taking this matter directly to the individual that is in charge of her. I wanted this to make sure that the public was aware of the incompetence of their employees - especially Jasmine. Jasmine should not represent your brand whatsoever - in fact, I’m pretty sure all the low reviews are related to Jasmine. You guys should be embarrassed to be represented by someone like Jasmine. She is rude, incompetent and has absolutely no regard for basic human mannerism. She tried telling me that the delay could be traffic and if I understood how traffic works. Then she told me that she can see where the transport was however the delay could be due to traffic and that she wouldn’t know how long it would take. So she can see where the transport was and she knows where they’re coming to the pickup but she can’t tell me an ETA? I’m also not sure what traffic Jasmine thinks is happening at 8:00 PM. Nor do I understand whether Jasmine knows how to use google maps because the last time I checked google maps times actually account for traffic when you put in a destination. It’s too bad I can’t give a zero star rating for this however, the two individuals that came to actually do the transport was absolutely wonderful. Zach and Tara actually made the experience absolutely amazing. Those two were wonderful and you should have more people like Zach and Tara apart of your team. I will see to Jasmine being disciplined at the highest form for being rude, arrogant and absolutely incompetent with the way she handled everything over the phone and for all the lies on top of lies that she told me over the phone. In fact, you may want to get rid of her as your employee as she’s tarnishing the company. Absolute disgrace. I would NEVER use these services ever again and it’s unfortunate that the hospital was the one that called for them so I had no choice but I would advise and highly recommend the hospitals to drop this company as their provider. The 1 star for the company goes straight to Zach and Tara actually. I wish I could review those two individually I would definitely give them a 5 star rating. Thank you guys

    I called to try and book a ride and the person I talked to seemed very confused both at the fact I was calling trying to book a transport and at the destination (where I was when I called) and at the destination (a medical facility). I have been on rides with them before and the front facing staff seem excellent for the most part. I have heard and experienced nothing but negative from what I am now told is the previous owner. The staff also expressed that none of the negative things have changed since the sale of the company. After finding out that they are paid less than a Healthcare and not much more than someone who works at McDonald’s I was shocked.
