Had been a customer for 4 years, no issues . But when I did have a problem …… the cost of solving the problem was over the top . At times you do not know how good a company is till you have a problem . I am no longer with SI and was able to solve the issue with another company for 1/2 the cost . I was also invoiced for a service call from SI which did not resolve the issue , I asked for a refund have not heard back . Lesson learnt on my part .

Excellent service. Staffs are kind, accommodating and professional. I brought my new and old fire extinguishers for inspection, They inspected, put a tag and free of charged. Great company.

Very happy with this company. Tony and the service tech were very helpful in helping me install my home alarm super quick and did a great job. Highly recommend them!
