I am very thankful to Victoria Lifeline for their customer service and willingness to help. My mother in-law has had a life line for several years and has always received excellent service. She has recently moved into a building that has their own lifeline system and therefore cancelled her Victoria lifeline subscription. Unfortunately the band she received was far too large and in fact fell off her wrist. I contacted Victoria lifeline and they were quick to assist. Victoria’s Lifelines’ goal is to assist to ensure the safety of all. That very same day she had a wristband that was secured safely on her wrist. We truly appreciate their customer service and ability to problem solve to ensure the safety of our loved one.

My 95 year old mother-in-law has used this service for about a year. We were pleased with the timely setup and seamless service. As her family, we have piece of mind that she will get immediate help if she falls. Before Victoria Lifeline, we worried she could be on the floor for hours but not now. Great service and my parents are so happy they have it. I live out of province and constantly worry about my parents, they both have different abilities and the Victoria Lifeline staff helped them choose what was best for each. Highly recommend them, they are a Not for Profit and local. Fast service and even come to the house to set up. Thank you for making the process easy and giving us all peace of mind.
