Life Assure is working well, very sensitive, but Jacks assured us that was okay, no penalty for it going off too often, it just shows it was working. Compared to previous company we tried, this product/service works like they say. Puts my mind at ease knowing if dad falls help is a call away. This allows him to stay in his home and active within the community. Very impressed with first few weeks.

Customer service was excellent. The representative was patient and unrushed. She addressed all questions and sought to get the best answer and best value for me. Being connected immediately to customer service was wonderful, rather than having to go through numerous automated messages first. I would recommend that instructions for attaching the lanyard to the pendant be included in the original package. I had trouble figuring it out on my own.
