i would love to say i continue to believe the pharmasave company is as great as it was 2 years ago… but it simply isn’t. i am currently on 5 medications and never had a problem picking them up.. until today. usually i pick up my medications late but lately have been on top of it. well, i found out the hard way that picking up non narcotic controlled substances isn’t as straight forward as thought. now i have been without for several days, and i am suffering.. thanks for nothing pharmasave

I visited for the first time yesterday. The staff member that waited on me was really friendly. I just wanted to recognize her.

The pharmacy part is nice and the staff is good there. However the black woman at front cash is very rude and it has an attitude couldn't even be bothered to help when I asked her about a product. Too lazy to do her job. I've noticed this on several occasions and today my mom was in there and said to me afterwards what a rude woman she is. If she doesn't enjoy her job then she should quit and find another one. Pharmasave should fire her anyways for terrible customer service or give her talking to and tell her to provide better customer service. People like her ruin an otherwise good experience
