Nice staff. Struggles with communication to patients, especially in regard to medication substitutions. I ended up switching pharmacies because of this lack of communication and the harm that was being caused to my health, as I was not being informed when my medications were being changed out on at least 4 occasions. They fulfil their legal obligation, but personally I have chosen a pharmacy that goes slightly beyond their legal duty.

I had an excellent experience here thanks to their wonderful staff! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and they were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. The pharmacists took the time to explain my medication and answer all of my questions, ensuring I felt confident and informed. The entire team was professional, caring, and attentive, making it clear that they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend this Riepert's for their outstanding customer service and expertise!
