I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experiences upon arrival. I have noticed that I am never greeted or acknowledged when approaching the front desk, despite making eye contact. This can sometimes result in extended waiting periods of up to 10 minutes, which can feel uncomfortable. A friendly greeting, smile, or brief acknowledgment saying "Hi" and stating they will be with me shortly, would be greatly appreciated and would contribute to a more positive environment for all visitors. As it stands currently, I dread coming to this location.
