The managing pharmacist, Steven Ramzy, and all staff here are absolutely excellent--pleasant, polite, accommodating. We have complex medication management needs, and have used 4 previous pharmacies, having at least one mistake requiring correction with every medication collection elsewhere. Our experience with medication distribution here at Procare Pharmacy has been that of perfection. Customer service is exemplary, with no shortage of ideas offered for problem-solving and strategies around complexity. They are additionally fast... no waiting for close to an hour, or even days, here! I am delighted to have found this independently-owned pharmacy.

Honestly can’t say enough good things about Procare Pharmacy! I stopped by after my doctor sent a new prescription over kind of last minute and Steven, the pharmacist/owner, was amazing. He greeted me as soon as I walked in, super friendly and down to earth, and somehow had my meds ready in like 10 minutes. What really stood out was how he actually took the time to look over everything and noticed one of my other prescriptions might not mix well with it. Instead of just handing it over, he called my doctor right away and got it sorted. You don’t see that kind of care very often anymore. He also explained how to take it in a way that actually made sense and gave me a few helpful tips that my doctor didn’t mention. I felt like he really cared about helping me, not just getting me in and out. If you’re tired of big chain pharmacies where you feel like a number, go see Steven at Procare!! Super fast, super friendly, and you can tell he actually loves what he does.
