Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They explained all the technical aspects of my equipment very well, and shared several insider’s tips. I recently had to try some alternative equipment and they set me up with a rental unit to save me from having to buy the gear outright. Their Peterborough office on Lansdowne Street is clean and spacious, and well located — close to a lot of shopping in the city.

My spouse Bruce has used ProResp Peterborough for a year. The office staff are friendly and if he has an appointment for delivery that conflicts with medical appts, they cheerfully reschedule. The delivery is usually by Mike. He is very friendly, courteous, yet also very professional. Any problems, which were very few, were handled immediately. Today the equipment was all picked up as Bruce's transplant was successful and he no longer needs the oxygen. I highly recommend this company.
