I was in Peterborough a few weeks ago visiting family and realized I had forgotten my CPAP mask. What a horrible feeling! I went to Wellwise and was helped by a staff member named Renee. She was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. She made sure I got the right mask for my CPAP machine, and I actually like it much better than the one I had before. While I was there, I also spoke with a woman named Jess. My son is currently on crutches following recent hip surgery, and Jess came over, chatted with him, and took the time to help adjust his crutches. It made a real difference and helped him get around much more comfortably. I haven't been to a Wellwise in a long time, but after this experience, it will definitely be my store of choice for any future purchases. A big thank you to Renee and Jess for going above and beyond!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Muskaan was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. I feel confident in using my CPAP equipment. I would definitely go back for my CPAP needs. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, Muskaan was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the different CPAP machines and accessories, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and helped me find the setup that was right for me. Starting CPAP therapy can feel overwhelming, but she made the whole process easy and comfortable. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. I highly recommend working with Muskaan if you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, approachable, and truly invested in helping you succeed with your CPAP therapy. Thank you for making such an important step so much easier!
