    I had a great experience with Quality Life Services. I made an inquiry after business hours by email and got a prompt reply the next business day. I called to follow up on my question and was helped by Lily. When I got to the store, Lily was tied up, but Kim came to help me right away. I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and insight she showed. She is obviously used to working with people with health concerns and was able to help me find the product I came in needing; she also explained possible other helpful items for me without a hard sell/push. I'm so grateful I found this store and got to interact with Lily. Thank you for your compassion and great assistance!

    Bought face masks and found out that the wire nose piece was not strong enough to provide a proper fit to protect against air borne particles such as Covid 19. They would not accept a return because the package was now open and seven days had lapsed. Unless you open and try a mask you would not be aware that they would be ineffective of providing proper protection. Very unfortunate for anyone who buys these masks or possibly other products at this store and think they are getting a good quality product but are actually getting a faulty product and not able to get a refund.
