Wishing I could rate 4.5, so I'll be descriptive. Annual eye exam: good experience overall, convenient location, appt time honoured, nice staff, helpful doc. (Thanks for not railing me for my bought-online specs and explaining without judgement how in-house frame adjustments would have benefitted my last set of frames.) Felt some pressure sales 2yrs ago - not this time. Small selection of frames, but found a couple that suited my face well. Only draw back, bit cramped quarters/waiting area. I would recommend.

Excellent service and lovely staff. I appreciated that I could get an emergency eye exam, and that the optometrist was thorough, experienced, knowledgeable, and took the time for complete explanations. I recommend wholeheartedly.
