Very nice staff. Reasonable prices, I went to get a wheel chair for my grandmother, 2 yrs ago, they even went and measured her and talkd to the ot, at her nurseing home. It just Made everything so much easier. I sold my gmas chair back to them a couple months ago under there buy back program and purchased a tilt chair on payment for my grandmother's needs. they took it to her set her up, and have delt with a couple concerns all around great service. Of course chieper to pay cash then payments. Great Staff to deal with.

Regrettably, our interaction with this company was not favorable. There was a significant misunderstanding regarding the purchase of a lift chair, which, upon delivery, fell short of the expectations set by the provided brochure. Due to the circumstances, we had to accept the chair because the new one—ordered based on our initial expectations—was delayed for an additional two months. After we received the chair, we reached out to Eve via email to inquire about the possibility of returning the first chair. Instead of giving us a straightforward response, we were told that her instructions, conveyed through the delivery team, indicated that this wasn’t an option. I spent at least half an hour speaking with the delivery team, as one of them needed to return for a missing part, yet there was no mention of Eve’s communication. In fact, one of their last comments was that they hoped to return to pick up the chair. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, I learned that the company does not handle the buyback or sale of "used" products, which is acceptable but quite strange given the earlier mix-up. More importantly, why would the company expect its delivery team to deliver unfavorable news instead of responding directly to a client's email in a respectful manner?

I needed a wheelchair for my elderly father and contacted James at Re-New Mobility. He went to the PCH, sized up the right chair, ordered and delivered it - as - and when promised. He checked in later to sure everything was working properly and that my dad was happy with it. It became very clear to us early on that he truly and genuinely cares about his patients - and it shows.. He was very patient and compassionate with my dad who spoke very highly of him and appreciated his help. Thank-you for everything, James!!
