This place is understaffed for receptionists and front line customer service people. Yes the technicians that do the actual work are knowledgeable, professional and skilled. But the frontline people or lack of, that should show us a first good impression, are really misinformed and rude. Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone. Management should invest in better receptionists and general staffing. I went there recently and was treated like a child with no respect to my opinions and knowledge after using shoe orthotics for more than 20 years. I had some basic questions about insurance and the actual process of making the custom orthotics. I wanted to book an appointment for 2 pair of new orthotics which will have been probably around 1K. Instead, what I had as customer service was, disdain, no smile and an attitude more like she was doing me a favor by engaging and talking to me or answering a question. Your as company just lost a steady client to the competition after having had orthotics done there for over 3 years.
