Had a small mix-up (no biggie), which was remedied quickly and professionally by Rick (Thank you, Rick!) Would do business here again and would recommend them.

Recently I checked out the City Wide Scooters for my mom. The staff greeted me with warm smiles. Quickly understanding my situation, she showed me various lines of products, Walkers, Wheelchairs, Scooters etc., and introduced in detail their key features, price ranges, pros/cons by putting herself in my shoes. The completeness of the product lines, the services and guarantees they offer, the knowledge of the staff, and the genuine intent to help, make me connected. Highly recommended.
