They should change their name to Unreliable Mobility. Just over a year my wife lost her leg so we have been going there for everything to outfit our house. We bought her a scooter just over a year ago and it broke shortly after getting it was fixed in under the week. 3 weeks ago it broke again and when I talked to the technician I told him to go ahead with the repair but check if there is warranty left as this was the 2nd time the issue had happened he called me back a week later saying there was no warranty did he still want me to order the parts and I told him that I gave him permission a week prior to order the parts. Today I checked to see if it was ready and they are still waiting on the parts. We leave for holidays in 3 days and because of that incompetence of not ordering a part has now left my wife with no way to get around and no independence she is in tears because are holidays are ruined once we get our scooter back we are washing our hands of Unreliable Mobility and finding a new provider I can’t express how much we are disappointed please skip this place if you need a mobility equipment

I could preface this review with an entire diatribe about system of roads we have here in Winnipeg. Most times, I think, Winnipeggers are just doing there best with what they're given whether it be training, equipment and everything in between. But then, sometimes you get drivers who seem to be working hard to be the opposite of whatever that is. For examples whoever was driving one of your branded vehicles down portage today around 1230. Didn't seem to be in a particular hurry, maybe hit 50km/h all the way from Moray to Polo. Was in the right lane, so far so good. But then managed to hit 65km/h a few times though, care to guess when that was? When the regular people behind this van tried to go around, couldn't have that. The person driving this van has decreed that you go 50 behind them or maybe even beside them but never faster in front of them. Maybe Reliable has a deal with the police they are going to be another arm of the traffic enforcement? Who's to know. What I do know is that when you're being an idiot in a company branded vehicle, you will hear about it.

Recently, I had a total hip replacement, and the team at Reliable Mobility has been absolutely wonderful. I needed several pieces of equipment—from a hospital bed and raised toilet bars, shower chair, to two different types of walkers—and they provided everything I needed with ease. They delivered everything right into my home two days before my surgery, professionally set it all up, and took the time to answer all of my husband’s questions. We had an issue with one of the items that we ordered, and they made the process very simple by delivering an alternate item and walking us through what we needed to do to install it. Four weeks later, they are returning to pick up the equipment I no longer need, making the entire process completely stress-free. What truly stood out was their care and compassion—they even checked in on me to see how my recovery was going. I highly recommend Reliable Mobility for their outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness.
